John Power – BE (Mech.) - CEO
John completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Mech.) in 1984 at Monash University. After
a successful career as a design engineer, receiving awards for innovation from industry
bodies such as the Industrial Design Council of Australia (1986) and the Institution
of Engineers Australia (1994), he embarked on new direction within the IT industry.
John was engaged as a consultant with Cognos (regarded as one of the top 2 “pure
play” global vendors in Business Intelligence & Performance Management solutions
before acquisition by IBM in early 2008) for 3½ Years prior to founding BizTools
in 2002 and assuming the role of CEO. Since that time, he has continued to provide
software solutions and consulting services to a broad range of clients across all
sectors in Australia deploying Cognos and Microsoft technologies whilst working
to develop and commercialise the company’s own products targeting small and medium
business and accountants. John has also undertaken marketing studies and completed
the Microsoft solution selling sales training program. He has spent 10 years in
the IT industry, specialising in the field of Business Intelligence and has been
the driver behind building the company’s relationships with vendors such as Microsoft,
Intuit, Reckon and MYOB.
In June 2008, he was invited to participate in the inaugural joint AusTrade / Microsoft
trade mission to Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, Seattle where he met with senior
global executives over the course of several days of meetings and presentations.

Anthony Lococo – B.Bus (Acc) CPA – Company Secretary
Anthony is an accountant who has been in professional practice since 1985, and a
CPA since 1990. He completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in 1984. He has
been a practising accountant in his own business since 1991. One of 2 partners at
Locmans Accountants & Business Advisors
operating in Melbourne and Werribee, Anthony has clients throughout Australia and
regularly travels interstate to address their requirements.
Locmans has 10 professional staff and 5 administration staff servicing clients in
accounting, taxation, superannuation and business development. Anthony’s principal
role in the firm is tax planning and strategic business development for SME’s and
their owners, counseling clients to help them achieve their desired goals both in
business and in their private lives.
Anthony is a director of various private companies and charitable organizations,
and has held a directorship in an unlisted public company. His role in these entities
has mainly focused on business development and corporate governance.
