Software products purchased from BizTools via this or any of our websites may
be returned to BizTools within 30 days of receipt of shipment under the
following conditions.
Note Carefully – To return any product either for replacement or refund (if
applicable) you must first contact us and request a Return Authorization Number
(RAN) via email. You may contact BizTools using the contact details on the
website from which you purchased the software. When you contact us via email or
online form, you must include your original order details such as company and
product details and the basis upon which you are requesting to return your
product. No RAN will be issued unless this information is provided.
You will need to re-package and address the product for return to us in
accordance with the above procedures. Shipping charges are at your expense. No
returns will be accepted without a pre-issued RAN. Returns will only be accepted
within 30 days of issuing a RAN.
Damaged In Transit
In the case of damaged in transit goods, you should (unless the discovery is
after the event) refuse to accept delivery and instruct the courier to return to
sender. If you have taken receipt of damaged goods, you will need to follow our
returns procedure above for replacement.
Faulty Media
In the event that you receive a product and that after opening, the media
(DVD or other) appears to be faulty, you should notify us immediately. You will
need to follow our returns procedure above for replacement.
Refunds
All software products are sold on the basis that they are not refundable
except at our sole discretion. Opened or unsealed software products are not
eligible for refund (as opposed to replacement) under any circumstances. Subject
to approval, products that are unopened and still in their plastic seal as per
original packaging may be returned as per the procedures above for a partial
refund. If approved, refunds will be made at the rate of 80% of the total
purchase price less shipping.
